Last week I was lucky enough to be flown to Cyprus to photograph a beautiful wedding. The wedding took place in Limassol at the gorgeous Elias Beach Hotel. Both families & friends flew out a few days before the wedding in preparation for the big day.

David & Becky got married out on a pier over looking the sea, it was beautiful! It was such a windy day, but that didn’t stop them get married on the pier (the sea spaying at my camera was worse than english rain on my lens!).

Becky looked gorgeous in a Maggie Sottero Dress & David scrubbed up well in his suit ( I know david from racing so he is usually filthy & covered in oil when I see him!)

They said their vows in front of all their family & friends, followed by champagne on the pier. It was so windy on the pier that the Mother of the Bride’s hat flew of her head & into the sea! A very kind man rescued  it- followed by it blowing of the Grooms head again on the bus- a highlight of everyones day was when the Father of the Bride brought the poor swimmer/hat rescuing man onto the pier for a photo!

We then all hopped on a wedding bus which drove us to the harbour playing music, beeping at the locals & the was champagne flowing! The atmosphere was fab! The bus was followed by a more relaxing time on a Catarmaran eating amazing food & drinking MORE champers celebrating the happy couples new journey. Everyone had a fab time & David & Becky had added their own special touches to a very special & memorable Cypriot wedding.
