A couple of weekends ago I was luckily enough to photograph my friends wedding at The Pheasant, Harome in North Yorkshire. Myself and the Bride Sarah had been talking about her wedding for 18 months, so I new before in my head it was going to be beautiful, I just didn’t realise exactly how beautiful! The whole day was full of love and laughter. The love between Sarah and Simon was so sweet and you could tell they fit together like a perfect jigsaw, it was so amazing to watch them say I do and spend the day capturing their amazing family and friends!

Simon got ready in the next town Helmsley at the Feversham Arms, I went early in the morning to say a quick hello and see what he and his best man were up too…

Mid Morning I then headed over to the Pheasant hotel to meet the lovely bride. The morning was full of lots of emotion from Sarah, her bridesmaids and parents. My eyes filled up for the majority of the morning, especially when her Dad kept crying, he looked like he could burst with pride!

Mr & Mrs Mellor thank you so much for asking me to photograph your wedding day, it was an absolute pleasure and I will hold memories from your wedding day that I will treasure forever. Now you have an exciting future to look forward to starting with a brand new home to move in to when you get home from your honeymoon!
